To know about Shrimad Rajchandraji we all need to wear a special glass by which we can see the Truth in its real form.
His birth was on Kartik Purnima in VS 1924 at 2.00 am on Sunday. On ancient taad paper found at Wadhvan camp wherein the names of all the Yug Pradhan Purush were listed, one of the name was that of Shrimad Rajchandraji. It mentioned the same birth date which confirmed that Shrimad Rajchandraji was a Yug Pradhan Purush.
From birth, all His actions differed from that of a regular human.
At His first day at the school, he knew everything whatever the teacher taught from beforehand. Isn’t it amazing!!
HIS teaching skills were so powerful that the teacher would sit beside and the Young Shrimadji thaught the class.
Once when the young Shrimadji punished a child by pulling his ears for not doing the homework, the child said that when Shrimadji pulled his ears, he got a feeling that it would be great if Shrimadji continued pulling his ears (punishing him). There was tenderness teeming from Him even when punishing someone.
A divine touch by a true Saint.
Shrimadji whilst playing was very detached, unlike others. He was discrete in his behavior, immaculateness, diet and His way of conduct.
Young Shrimadji had great thoughts from early on from becoming a king to becoming a monk. These thoughts depict His unusualness.
What is Death?
Young Shrimadji once had asked His grandfather the above question on seeing death of His neighbor, Uncle Amichandbhai. Such questions arise only to such aberrant souls.
At a tender age of 7, with a fervor to know the meaning of death, Shrimadji climbed a banyan tree and quietly saw the cremation process of His uncle. On seeing the unusual sight of a burning dead body, Shrimadji went into deep thought and remembered His previous lives, which included Him being the last disciple of Lord Mahavir.
Young Shrimadji would explain difficult verses of Ramayan and Mahabharata to intellectual scholars. Isn’t that highly unusual?
Young Shrimadji had once quietly tolerated the pain of a thorn. This shows how detached His body was from His soul.
Young Shrimadji would do Pratikraman and had immense mercy (Dayaa) for even the smallest creatures. Such great insight for someone so young!
Young Shrimadji was once asked to chop green leafy vegetables by His mother. He has tears rolling down His eyes while performing this task thinking about the pain that was being inflicted to the souls in those vegetables. Such unusual mercy!!!
Young Shrimadji did not have money for the journey to go back to His home from Rajkot. His uncle had gifted Him a box of sweets. He exchanged the box at the sweet shop for money for the journey instead of asking His uncle.
मर जाऊ मांगू नहीं, अपने तनके काज; परमार्थ के कारणे, न समजु लाज I
Every action of a Saint is unique!
Young Shrimadji had given sermons on Vitraag Dharm in Kutch-Bhuj astonishing everyone.
Unusual sermons!
An image of a true religious follower lies in their honesty. Young Shrimadji used to never under or over weigh items at His shop. Also, in He utilized his free time in writing poems on Ramayan and Mahabharata.
During a drought, Shrimadji’s Mother and Father would distribute food to the needy.
Shrimadji’s mother was very caring even towards outsiders. This quality attracted one visitor and he blessed her that she will give birth to a saint who will become very famous.
Once a Jain Monk asked Dhaarshibhai the meaning of Gaangey Angaar. Young Shrimadji was silently listening to his conversation. Later, He quietly wrote the meaning on a piece of paper and kept it in a book. Dhaarshibhai happened to find it later once young Shrimadji had left and was very amazed. He was so overwhelmed by this that he fell at young Shrimadji’s feet and did shastang namaskar (lying on the ground prostrate which depicts the expression of extreme respect).
A story on Gaangey Angaar– Muni Gaangey was a disciple of Lord Parshwanath. After Nirvaan of Lord Parshwanath, all the Munis took the diksha (renunciation) again and accepted sharan(refuge) of Lord Mahavir except Muni Gaangey. He said he wanted to test Lord Mahavir’s Keval Gyaan (supreme knowledge). The questions asked by him were the ones that only a Keval Gyaani would be able to answer. He was satisfied and accepted the refuge of Lord Mahavir.
This event brings to light the depth of true knowledge of young Shrimadji who could explain the the answers of a Keval Gnani that were originally supposed to be a test by a True Muni!!!
Young Shrimadji resolved doubts of learned people. He was extraordinarily brilliant! A fine blend of True Knowledge and unusual briliiancy!!!
At an age of 13, Young Shrimadji started investigating a true religion. In a year’s time, he finished reading nearly all the major religious books and concluded that “Vitraag Dharm” was the true religion.

Before age of 16, young Shrimadji wrote an inspiring book named StriNitiBodhak-comprising of patriotic poems, teachings for women and men, poems on true moral values, etc. The poems were very insightful and amazing!
Shrimadji performing 12 to 100 Avdhaan (doing multiple different tasks at the same time). 100 Avdhaans!! ( performing 100 tasks at a time) But when He realized that His fame was increasing, he quit doing them.
At an age of 16, Shrimadji wrote Mokshmala in just 3 days and he says that His vairagya (detachment from Worldly pleasures/things) at that time similar to Shri Ram’s Vairagya mentioned in YogVashisht book.
This Mokshmala book was truly unusual describing the tenets of Vitraag Dharma and has the ability of blessing one reading it with deep thinking true wisdom, high moral values, virtues and true inner peace.
A glimpse of Shrimadji’s Childhood.
A journey from hereon is that of a saint growing and finally reaching the stage of PARMATMA.
It was indeed difficult for Raavan to identify Shri Ram (despite Raavan being very religious). It is also said in Jainism that Raavan is going to be a Tirthankar in coming the era. Despite that Raavan could not identify Shri Ram.
So, to portray Shrimadji in words is indeed almost impossible. To truly know Shrimadji, we need to have special eyes like that of ParamPujya Prabhushriji (Saint of Agas Ashram) and like Pujya Bramhchariji (a true disciple of Param Krupaludev).
To know more about Shrimad’s journey from a Saint to a Parmatma, please do listen to ParamPujya Prabhushriji (through books).
Shrimadji revealed the path to Moksh in all His letters especially ATMASIDDHIJI.
4 People got Aatmagyaan (Self realization) from Shrimadji. One of them was P.P. Prabhushriji. Shrimadji bestowed the responsibility of preaching the true Vitraag Dharm to P.P. Prabhushriji.
Shrimadji left His body with bliss at Rajkot.
